How do we do it?

Being
As an Organizational Behavior professor and as a consultant, I see myself as a person dedicated to developing other persons. Experience has consistently taught me that people are not the problem: instead, they are the solution to the problem.
Knowing
Being knowledgeable in my area of expertise is my responsibility. We have know and we have to share what we know in order to help others. Under that same belief, adding specific abilities to my team has been crucial, since interdisciplinarity is essential for the success and agility of projects.
Doing
The thought of an action changes nothing: today´s actual action is what shapes the future. Doing, realizing, concreting, materializing ideas is what matters. If the adequate set of competences is developed, change is possible, is viable... because knowledge is most empowering, calls for action and claims its impact.
Staying
To accompany with meaningful presence is valued in difficult moments: sticking around, active listening and timely intervention when needed. Being available is part of the commitment. The way we see it, staying by somebody’s side is a form of support, so we are there for you.
